The Design Process


At Southern Organizational Systems, we believe the most important part of creating storage solutions is the design process. With our state of the art design tools and variety of storage solutions to choose from, finding a solution to your storage needs is as easy as picking up the phone.

• Make an appointment for our visit. We'll only need a small amount of time from your busy day. We value our clients time and do not attempt to turn our consultation with you into a sales call.
• We listen to you and your family about how you live and what your storage needs are.  If you know exactly what you want or just have some ideas, listening to you gives us the tools we'll need to create the best solution for you. We'll bring samples of our products, accessories and plenty of photographs to get the process going.
• We then take accurate measure of the area to be transformed. This guarantees the accurate design and installation we have built our reputation on.
• At the conclusion of our visit, we'll ask you for your email address or the way you prefer to receive your proposal. Generally, you'll receive your initial plans in 24 to 48 hours. Southern Organizational Systems, never charges a fee for our design services.
• Watch your email for your full color, 3D CAD designed proposal. Because the proposal contains color graphics and a link to our design computer, some security software may block it. We'll follow up with a courtesy call to see if you had any difficulty receiving our plans.
• Evaluate our proposal at your convenience. We won't be pestering you with calls to make a sale. Its our goal to give you the best solution at the best possible price. We encourage you to ask for changes or to see different versions of plans.
• Ask about our lowest price guarantee. We will beat any reputable competitors price on an "apples to apples" comparison.  Please call for details.
• Book your installation. We endeavor to have all our installations done in less than two weeks, however we will make ever attempt to accommodate you sooner if necessary.
